i am 12 yrs customer of eureka forbes,every year i get annual contact done but this year inspite of repeated attempts this franchise says minimum 2 yrs contact is a mandate + 3000 is additional processing fee, when i enquired the main office they said that 1yr contract system is still prevailing and no such processingh fee was required,so i told them to register a complain against this franchise for misleading patron customers and get my contract done from some other franchise to which they prima facie sgreed but it's two months down the line the contract has not been renewed nor any action is taken on the franchise,when i tried contacting the authority thet came in support of their franchise told they were helpless,this franchise has forwarded false, spiteful, mallicious information about me to the company because in the past i filed three complains against hte franchise to the company for sending drunk men for servicing, using foul language with lady, unskillfully breaking components of purifier, not reverting to service calls. Please take stern action against the company and in particular the franchise
