Complaint Details
The complaint pertains to services offered by Vodafone. Earlier I have subscribed to delivery of bill through hard-copy which was never given on time and then I subscribed to e-mail or soft copy billing. My billing cycle is 10th of a given month to 9th of the next month. They have made it a habit of not informing me or giving me an opportunity to make interim payment if my billing limit exceeds the Credit limit. Without such information my services are discontinued and I have to run to their Office for activation. It would be grateful of you if you could set a learning for them by imposing penalty or awarding damages against them. If you require any other information as part of the application then kindly acquaint me. I am attaching a screen-shot of the email send by them on what dates.
