Layout amount nit credit into my account by NEFT despite giving all the necessary details and documents.Almost a month passed and several calls to customer care , they didn't give proper response and assurance about the payout amount.Every time I call to customer care they say that we will proceed on next 48 hrs but nothing is getting proceeded.
They also sent one cheque for the payout amount but at different add which was not my address as per their records.Also I have submitted documents for NEFT transfer of amount not by cheque.Request you to please get my money as soon as possible as I have already geared a loss of 5000 rs because of the delay from their side.
