A product was purchased online on 28th March, 2014 at 12.47am online. The deal states that the delivery would be made within 10 days. Inspte of several complaints, the product has not yet disptached. As of now the product has been sold to 34 people. A clear case of Deficiency of service and cheating liable under The Consumers Protection Act. For your appropriate action, please.
