Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I purchased a Blackberry handset model no. 9900 (Bold 4) in black colour on 27th November, 2012 from your authorized dealer, i.e., M/S Swaagat Store, Kunjpura Road, Opp. Head Post Office, Karnal (Haryana) vide their invoice no.-37187 dated 27-11-12 for Rs. 31,000 (INR) vide serial no.359684049293069 and PIN-2A93C8EB.
After 2-3 months, I faced trouble with this handset for which I went to your nearest service centre for repairing this handset. They did it at their own level and gave me this handset. But again I faced the same problem of battery backup, hanging and auto call conference while talking. Your Service Centre ,i.e., HCL Infosystems Ltd., Mughal Canal, Karnal representatives gave my handset on the same day after doing some repairs. On the very next day, I was quite dissatisfied with your mobile and services offered. I again went to your service centre for the same concern and told him to replace this handset. He assured me that no problem would rise in future and claimed that I shall give him mobile for repairs and he will send it to high level repairs. On 20th May,2013, I gave him handset for long repairs vide your service call note no.-LN7697 and requested him to provide me with the standby handset but he (Mr. Bharat), refused flatly, saying that company does not provide us with standby handsets for the customers and you can complaint it to the company for the same if you wish. After around 15 days, I received my repaired handset by your high level technicians.
After facing so many issues and long-time repairs without standby phone and unsatisfied services, I was forced to purchase a new mobile for my use because it was not practical and affordable for me to live without handset for 15 days. When I received my repaired handset, I kept it as a spare handset.
A month before, when I needed to use this mobile, I again faced the same problem for which I had repaired this handset and felt bluffed by their cheap and tricky manipulated commitments. Lastly, I went to your Service Centre for the solution but the crammed and same above noted happened that it will go for repairs and no standby handset will be given to me. On 7th April, 2014 he took my handset vide service call note no.-LN9929 for repairs. I received a SMS from your service centre that your service request no.-9047003555 is required to be sent to high level repairs.
Sir, can I have a right to know that are you trying to fool me by doing repairs and repairs and repairs. If you believe in repairs and this type of unsatisfactory services you are providing to your customers, after spending Rs.31,000 (Thirty One Thousand Rupees Only), then I would like to say that you either replace my handset or refund my money. This type of things will ruin and suffer the Co.’s like Blackberry’s, a renowned and international brand image making customer feel cheated. Otherwise, you keep my phone for your standby purpose so that you are able to provide better customer services and customers don’t feel cheated for what they pay. I will not keep this handset with me unless I receive my replacement with fresh and new handset or refund for the same. If this model has been discontinued at your end, I want that similar model of this range like Q10 or other model to be provided me at the earliest because right now I am not having my own handset.
