I had purchased a thunderbolt wire from Imagine store in forum mall last year in May,13. After 6 months of uses it stopped working and i went to service center. They told me that product has one year warranty so they will replace it. I had submitted my product on 25th dec,13.
From that day it's been 3 months and 15 days. I was calling customer support on a frequent gap of 2 days. Every time i was told my product is in replacement process. They are waiting for vendor to replace it. I started mailing them but every time i got response that query is in process.
My product warranty period is also getting reduced. What if they give me another product which will stop working after 4 months. Then my warranty period will be lapsed and I will be forced to purchase a new wire. Wire's MRP at the time of purchase was 3200/-.
