Complaint Details
I hold P.O.A for Vinaya Rao for said mentioned flat in letter. Builder has claimed MVAT at 5@. The clause no. 59 mentioned in attached letter is no where appearing in Sale Deed Agreement. There is no clause of MVAT in Sale Deed Agreement mentioning that i need to bear the same. Pl guide further action plan that i need to follow.
