Complaint Details
I bought my Samsung I-8262 mobile from Tradus.com. After 3 months, phone was not functioning properly and I submitted to Samsung care here in Ahmedabad. They forwarded my Invoice, Delivery note and Phone to Delhi in Samsung office. Now they are not accepting invoice and not providing the replacement even though my mobile is in warranty period. It has already been over a month since I have submitted my phone to Samsung service center and still the complaint is not resolved. I am attaching the copy of my invoice and delivery note which I received from the seller and Tradus.com.
Please do the needful and solve this issue as soon as possible.
