I ordered SSC ALL GRADUATE LEVEL EXAM SOLVEDPAPERS 1997 TO UPTO DATE book in ENGLISH language (Product code:31046791) which was received by me 2 weeks ago in HOMESHOP18 online shopping service.i found that it is printedin hindi. After that I called customer care and they told that book enquiry cannot resolved by ours,please contact through customer care E-mail.In mail they asked to send book by speedpost and I again spent Rs 225 for freight charge.After wards they didn’t reply and all.so I requested you to please take necessary action to resolve my complaint.
