Bank has been delaying the cheques clearing for all the cheques since past 15 days, cheques are getting clearing after nearly 8-10days, due to which our third party payments are also getting delayed resulting in late penalty for us. Bank is also not providing bank statement for the account due to its printer issues since past 1 month, I don't understand how can a nationalized bank work for so many days without a printer. This is very good example of worst and most degraded service in any bank I have deal with so far.

I am advising everyone not to open account in BOI Malad west Mumbai branch, wise people will be wasting their time if they do so.
