Complaint Details
I have purchased mobile Xolo A700 on 31/03/2013.
I have a problem with this Mobile communication system that "Call is getting disconnected immediately after dialing / receiving any call & also Pure network catching ".
I have given this Mobile for resolving my issue at Sara sales and Services, Shop no.17, Ground floor, Sukhwani Chambers, Pimpri,Pune18 Dated 24/02/2014 .
Shop keeper given commitment for resolution of this issue within 15 days.
Till the date, I didn't received my mobile even i contacted customer care service as well as Service centre So many times.
From last one and Half month they are saying that mobile is pending for Spare parts at repair factory.
My complaint id is 310000280145.
