I bought sony Xperia ZR, 3 month before, from mumbai. While closing the charging port with the cover, for few minutes it remains closed and it gets opened automatically.
I took my sony Xperia ZR to service centre in panvel, ie dg mobile service. Since my xperia ZR is under warranty, therefore they took my phone for registration and service. After that, i called service centre in alternate days till yesterday (11 april) to get the status of my phone, but there are not able to give me status of my phone till date.
Today they called me, and said that the service of the phone will take for 2 weeks more.
After waiting for 11 days, they are telling me wait for 2 weeks more, Since my phone is new and used just for 3 months, and also they are not assuring the condition of phone to maintain in service.
I have attached a image of service centre sheet, and receipt of my phone.
I want my mobile to be replaced or i want refund
