Complaint Details
I applied for the net banking facility for the easy maintainance of my transactions. But the facility of net banking was not availed to me stating that PAN Card is compulsorily required for the facility to avail. I talked to the Branch Manager many a times but he denied. I checked out for the necessary documents required for the net banking facility but no where it was not mentioned about PAN Card.
I could not even apply for the PAN Card because the Govt has made a new rule that DOB Certificate is necessary for the Application of PAN which don't have.

Please Help me sort the issue out.
