I have purchased a Symphony Jumbo cooler from Fine Electronics (Ballabgarh) today, he has charged me Rs. 8500 for the same & I have got the bills given by him with me. While coming at home, I have seen he has fixed a overprinted sticker on the old manufacturing date & price, I peeled off the sticker at home imm., the same contains the price of Rs. 7991 & manufacturing date of Dec 2012, while the overprinted sticker contains Rs. 9991 & manufacturing date of Dec 2013.
He has sold me the old product & that too on the higher price against the actual MRP. The same is completely a case of mistrust & forgery. Therefore I would like to request you to pl. take strict action against him & cancel his license to sell any product as he is cheating/ tempering on the price & manufacturing date, which Is completely unjustified, while we talked to him, he has not given any satisfactory response on the same & threatened us that he has lot of lawyers to fight his case.
Request again to take a strict action against him so that he does not play with customer trust & right.
I am enclosing here the actual price on the carton of the cooler, over print sticker & bills given by him, which clearly states his case of forgery.
