I have e-mailed all details of ac failures in my Skoda Laura KA-20 b-3999 ac car to you all, till date no body answered and taken any action on it. Whenever I contact your Mangalore dealer, the response is negative, since 10 days no update on either replacement of ac or repair.

I am observing that for every 25000 kms your a/c compressor fails , this is the third time failing about 85000kms. It has been recurring for 25000kms, 50000kms and now 85000kms. I suspect that there is technical issues or manufacturing defects in products. When we were purchasing your car we thought that Skoda is multinational company with best customer friendly products, but after two years we realize that this product is below such car manufactures. For every such complaints you are charging for your defective products.

You are looting public money who has bought your cars. We never expected the same from multinational company like you. We are using Toyota, Hundai, Maruti Suzuki Honda cars since last 20 years, but never faced this type of issues like your car. Every time if any thing fails in your car you are taking minimum of 1 to 2 months to rectify and repair it.
