Complaint Details
I received a letter from builder M/s KTGroup to pay service tax. My question to you is 1) why a service tax need to be paid by a purchaser of flat( residential place) in a building being constructed out of builer's material and labour. This is later sold to purchaser as a eady product just like a car, TV etc., Ed & ST is inclusive and is builder's responsibility.
