Complaint Details
I have bought a membership from Zestbreaks as they promised that there will more resorts across India but unfortunately they have only 6 resorts which are nearby to Bangalore. I have shifted to Mumbai and was unable to avail the member benefit as travel cost was high. I asked the team why they didn't open up resort, I got a reply saying that that was a management decision not to open. Hence I was unable to visit Bangalore for the consumption of membership days. IN the mean time, the membership days were lapsed. When I requested them to re credit the no.of days to my account as I have moved from Mumbai to banglore and want to enjoy my holidays, then are saying no to it. Please help me in this. Check the attachment, they have never opened any resort in Goa, Coor, Weynard, Chikamagalur
