I purchased property on 17th Jan 2009 in Casa Royale-Majestica, possession was suppose to be in Diwali 2010 then May 2011 then Dec 2011 then Aug 2012 and now June 2013.
Total 5% of MVat demanded of Rs. 121137/- is this to be paid by us or Lodha?
