Complaint Details
I paid 35000 rupees fees for CCNP online exam to the NS technologies. This payment paid through two ways: first, I paid cash 18000 rupees on date 25 October 2013 and second, I deposited 17000 rupees in ICICI bank (Bank account number 628505011590) on 26 October 2013.

I paid Mr. Sonu Yadav (who is a reception) a cash payment of Rs 18000. Mr. Narinder Yadav who is office in-charge at Noide branch (B.O.- B-60, Sector 10, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (INDIA) PIN-201301,Ph: 0120-4135463 ) committed me that two CCNP papers scheduled in two or three weeks. But only one paper arranged after one and half months.
Exam Detail: Exam Code: 642-832 Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks.
I have called him many times during last 48 days. But, most of the times he (Mr. Narinder Yadev) avoids my calls and whenever he picks the call he is making excuses about the exam. I have also told him to refund my money or arrange for the exam but he is only making false promises that he are trying to arranging for the exam and even said that he will not refund my money.
After three months passed, Mr. Narinder Yadav did not arrange my second paper. In three months, he always made false commitments.
Now, he is not picking my calls and send me message that he is busy. I sent emails to email addresses (info@nstechnologies.co.in, contact@nstechnologies.co.in, hr@nstechnologies.co.in), but he did send any reply.
