Complaint Details
Flat registered during 06-10 period. Date of possession as per agreement was Oct-2011. Builder delayed construction work intimating no reason to me. Now, final payment is already made as per final demand letter from builder. Repeatedly, the builder is asking over phone for around 1.75 lakhs as VAT before giving possession. Inspite of several telephonic and e-mail requests, builder does not intimate anything in letter form. I am facing the problem as I do not have the possession even after making 100% payment.
