Dear Sir ,

This is Pranav Jha from Thane , an unfortunate candidate being sucked by Reliance Communications EMi scheme for Nokia 1320 .

To give you a small background , I have purchased a Nokia 1320 from a store in Thane ( 27th Feb 2014) lured by the reliance official at Nokia point on the premise that number portability is possible and I may not have to change my current number . That was a cardinal mistake as its more than 45 days now and the number portability is still not being done . Also I have filled a form where my initial porting request from Vodafone was clearly mentioned .

The problems faced by me till now :

1) Iam a small businessman and my current number ( vodafone -9833658763) is quite valuable for me . Current situation has turned into a nightmare for me as I have to carry two phones with two different numbers and moreover I have to settle two month bills of Vodafone amounting to Rs 3000 . I cannot use any of the numbers freely due to obvious reasons .

2)I have generated porting requests from Vodafone two times , they are chasing me everyday asking whats the reason for change and why its taking so much time .

3) I have been interacting with different Reliance Comm officials for last 40 days now , and Iam sick of continuous follow-ups and their inability to solve the issue . Here are there name and contact details.

Dear Appellate authority ,

Now that I have stated my issues , my humble request is to solve my issues asap using your good channels . I want my vodafone no. to be ported to Reliance Comm immediately so that I could use my EMI scheme more efficiently.

Iam on the brink of frustration here and no reply/solution from your end would lead to myself moving to different means of complaint redressal mechanisms. Hoping for some urgent action on this .
