Hike in Registartio Fees on 17.2.2009. I had to pay flat 1% as Redistration Fees on my flat Registration on 20.2.2009. This decision was withdrawn on 28.2.09. I am trying to get my additional Reg. Money ( RS. 75,000/-)from the Govt. How do I go about ? Kindly give me the RTI authority to whom I want to ask all the details and the PRESENT STATUS on my REFUND.
