I have been brought a new Mobile phone sony xperia Z in last year 23.07.13 with in a three months phone not worked so i have been contacted to the customer care they give me a new same brand instead of that repaired phone if i asked what is that issue means they telling due to software problem its not working so that only we replaced to new phone then what nu like wise they gave me 3 phones. now also the same issue phone not working if i move to service centre means they will replace the phone only , So please give me the solution wha i need to do
