There are few items missing in the package.
After calling the cm care no, sonia ( the cm care rep)promised to refund 800 Rs as compensation.However after repeated follow ups no action has been taken till date.
The product also seems used and worn out.
on the web it states that there is 1 year warranty however the instruction manual is not duly stamped and the address of the dealer is missing.
when i got the order confirmation call they agreed to sell the product for 4661(per online payment discount). Since they had a glitch in their system for online payments . However they charged me 4680 rs in the bill.
Now they have blocked my number and not answering the calls.
Please have someone look into this as its my hard earned money . Here i have paid for items which are not delivered with the package. Its so sad to have an experience like this and it makes me turn against online shopping. I hope you will solve this issue for me
