Dear Sir / Madam,
I have following issues which I want to be solved & get the loss happened due the problem.
Aggrement happened in Aug 2009. With builder goel ganga & Myself.
1. When I approached builder for the purchase of the flat, I bought it on possession condition which I will get on or after Nov 2010 . Builder has mentioned Nov 2010 onwards attached scanned copy as a proof. Paid total amount to builder Rs .14.14 Lakh for which he has not produced any receipt & false promise . I have chat discussion mail don e with their help desk. Because, they don’t answer my phone calls.
Due to delay Possession, I have paid Rs. Approx. 2lakhs as an interest against home loan taken from HDFC bank & also staying on rent paying Rs .6000 in Mumbai, which I would have saved by staying in my house which I bought from goel ganga group.

2. Suddenly, in second demand, Builder asked for service tax which is asked as a legal; charges in demand letter , I told him to explain, but he doesn’t. Attached communication done with builder, but not answered any single quarry. & he insulted me like we are not selling vegetable to explain all these details. >>>>> attached pdf file
3. VAT issue , I don’t have any problem to pay , But Why I should pay Rs. 50000 without knowing any working of it which times of India published on 13th Feb 2012. Page no. 2.
After so many issue & mental harassment, I thought let it go, I will take possession. But they are showing very arrogant attitude & saying without paying VAT we will not give possession.
Beside this, builder is threatening for possession which he promised to give after paying VAT amount in 10 days time, which I am listening since last one & half year.
Hoping to get your assistance & help to get the compensation for interest paid to bank & my Rent of one year.
