Greetings!
This is regarding a complain against Sonthalia Bajaj which has been since last one month is playing nasty with me by not providing me spares since last one month.
I have purchased a Bajaj Avenger 220 DTSI in the month of May 2012 from Sonthalia Bajaj Cuttack bearing registration no OR 05 AU 9227. However, on the night of 2012 August 13th I found both rear and front wheels of the vehicle stolen from my premise. I informed it about the police and informed it to the insurance and then I moved to the workshop for maintenance. The workshop officials paid a visit to my premise and inspected the vehicle. They told me that I will have to deposit Rs 5000/- for spares. I immediately did that and deposited the said amount. After that they told me that I have to wait for few days in order to get the spares. They promised me that it will be available within two to three days.
I have deposited the money and now, since last one month I am waiting for the spares. The officials are neither showing any response to procure them immediately nor they are in a mood realize my condition. Now whenever I turn up they come up with response that spares have not yet reached the workshop.
I am only moving to different officials and pleading them to look into the matter without any actual result.
The officials who have been programmed well to say sorry in a very timely and well polished manner are only adding stress to the consumers and their property. Online, telephonic as well as physical grievance posting with Bajaj officials are only a mockery of the system.
They donot listen to the customer and their grivances
