Complaint Details
I have purchased the Akash Tablet 7Ci on 09.01.2013 through online booking by the company. After few months, the charging port get faulty. So, I asked the Service Center for. They told to return for the checkup and repairing. I sent the Tab to them. But, after receiving, theu told that screen is also damage. To replace it, they need Rs. 1500.00 I paid through cheque. But after that, they are telling every week that they will send the Tab next week. Now almost one year passed. I am still waiting for my Tab.
