Complaint Details
I have attached the document regarding the complaint and automated response mail from lava.

They are not serious about my issue, I submit my phone at January 31 2014, now the date is April 17 2014.

Lava also calls about 6 or 7 times but every time they call they are started with "What is your problem sir" and finishing with "We will call you with the status sir",

But till now i didn't get any update about the status of my mobile.

They provided a replacement with the used phone, That too had Adult sexual content, which is given them back requesting a new phone.

I have been also calling the local dealer and the titicorin district level sales personnel over phone, For a very long time. but they not seems to be taken care of my problem.
