Complaint Details
I am residing in Mysore, Karnataka. I had purchased a tablet of Simmtronics XPAD, through Tradus.com, vide Buyer's Order No. 11702556_01, Invoice No. NTPL/RI/NP/13-14/149 dated December 7, 2013.

The tablet stops working. I contacted the customer service center and came to know that there is no service center available yet in Mysore; though, I have gone to their service center which has now been shut down in Mysore.

I am following up regularly for the past 1 month and your customer representative is repeatedly saying that negotiation is going on with the service center people at Mysore.

But now that it has been more than a month and there seems to be no reply as well as they stopped picking up the phone.


Hence, it is requested that please followup with the company for a solution.
