Complaint Details
I have purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY NEXUS Black mobile from Ebay through above seller. After we have received the phone within 2 days, we were facing problem as phone does not getting start. After facing such problem I started contacting this seller(chetan) for problem I am facing. Then I contacted seller and briefed him complete issue which we are facing . He then told me to courier that phone to seller address for repair. I then couriered him the phone on his postal address on 6th JAN 2014. He receievd the phone on 8th JAN 2014 and kept the phone for repair for almost 2 months. In this duration I tried to contact him N number times with calls, emails, SMS, but he never replied from his side. Finally after forceful follow up, I have receiver the phone back to me on 29th March 2014. But was in almost Dead condition. He have not repaired it at all . The phone was even in bad conditions as before. This is clearly fraud case . He is a cheater and cheated me with selling such mobile phone. On the other side, this chetan is not responding to our calls, nor responding to our emails and messages. Please help us with this issue and make complaint against such seller.
