Complaint Details
On 09/04/2014, I bought some curtains from Rediff Shopping (Vendor: Sai Arpan International) for INR 1896.00 (including Rs. 196.00 for Shipping and Handling) through my IDBI Bank debit card. The order no. is 9480438). When I check for the delivery status in Rediff Shopping, it shows that the product/s have been 'Handed Over To Courier' on 11/04/2014 (Aramex, airway bill no. : 40122565372). But when I try to track the shipment in aramex.com, the current status states as 'Invalid number / data not currently available'. Then I contacted Aramex customer care with the problem and their reply was 'The Waybill number is either incorrect. Once you provide us with the above information, we will update you at the earliest time possible.' I also contacted Rediff Shopping Customer Care through e-mail and none of my queries have been answered yet. Whenever I call Rediff Shopping's Toll free customer care no. 1800 266 2333, the recorded female voice keeps on saying 'All our customer care executives are busy at the moment..'
Please resolve my issue at the earliest. Thanks and Regards
