Dear Sir,
I was misguided my Vodafone's customer care team that I can use the internet anywhere in India without any extra charges. When I was able to use the internet over the phone and unable to use the internet in my laptop at Jammu and Kashmir I had lodged a complaint regarding the same stating that I am unable to use the internet in my laptop via complaint number: 1496258190 and a second complain via complaint number : 1497389922. They did not provide me any resolution to the complaints but closed the complaints mentioning that the complaint was resolved stating that I was able to use the internet over the phone. Moreover they have heavily charged me for using the internet over the phone stating that I was using some other telecom provider's network. I got fed up exchanging mails with Vodafone and had to pay the extra charge and closed the number via request number : 1502768366 but yet did not get any compensation. While taking the SIM they said that there will be Rs. 300 deposit money and the day I close the number I will get the money back. But now they are saying that the refund for the security deposit will be via cheque in 60 days.
Please help me in getting compensation against the extra charge that they have slapped me with as it was their fault that they did not provide me any resolution but closed the complaints stating that the customer was provided with resolution. Moreover its Vodafone is not doing what they promise to the customers while giving new connections but they drain the customer's sweat to get refunds and compensation back.
