Complaint Details
I have been to Bottles and chimneys bar and restaurant on 11-04-2014, Begumpet, Hyderabad. My bill is 1412.50 ( where i was charged triple than MRP, accepted as the same is mentioned in MENU card ), and a service charge is laid @4.94% i.e 69.83rs, Vat of 55.60 , and additionally a service charge of 141.25@10%.
Why do i need to pay service charge , if i am paying more than MRP? that too its not mentioned on MENU. As per the rules service tax should be laid on only service charge, but many restaurants are charging.
