I had bought a flat in 2006 in Thane- Lodha Paradise and the builder has now sent me a letter asking me to pay MVAT

I need two your help in clarifying 2 things from you

I have already sold the flat in 2010. Am I still liable to pay the MVAT?

I had done some payment before 20th June 2006 and some payment after that. will the MVAT be taken on the entire agreement amount or the amount which I had paid after 20th June 2006

will the MVAT be calculated on agreement amount or on cost on construction ? How do I find the cost of construction since the demand letter from the builder has MVAT calculated on total agreement value
