Hi There

Myself Arvind Kumar using BSNL Wimax service user id WB11506353 in Mathura Uttar pradesh. My complaint is regarding the extra usage charges in my current plan. As per BSNL website the extra usage charges are 30 paise/MB since 1 dec 2013 for a period of 180 days, but I am charged @80 Paise/MB regularly since 1 Dec 2013. Also some Hidden charges are added in each month.I request you to take appropriate action to correct my Bills.
