We purchased a 61cm LCD TV from M/s Rama Electronics Bareilly (Auth.Dealer) in oct/Nov2010. Our on one fine day went wrong and did not display and no sound. Complaint has been lodged in March itself. and the fllowing day an engineer visited and said that PCB card has gone wrong and requires replacement chargeable Rs. 2500/-. He also ensured that the card will be replaced within a week time. But one fine day I got a message that call has been cancelled reason wrongly allocated.
Iagain lodged a complaint PGZB0904140009 on 09.04.14 which stand cancelled with the same reason wrongly allocated on 12.04.14.

Iagain lodged a complaint PGZB1504140063 on 15.04.14 which stand cancelled with the same reason wrongly allocated on 17.04.14.

Iagain lodged a complaint PGZB1704140041 on 17.04.14 which has not been attended till date 20.04.2014. Every day I recieve 1/2/3 call that the engineer is on the way and your call will be attended soon. But all in vain. I just call and get false promises.
It is requested to take up the matter at your level so that the call is resolved at the earliest and if the company is unable to resolve the complaint they must replace the LCD purchased with a new one for their inefficiency in providing the services in time.
