Complaint Details
My file for refund of amount Rs 20869 is pending with Reliance Communication for last 1 year. The connection was discontinued in March 2013 by Reliance. They are unable to refund my monies. Every time I call up they give me a standard answer that I will get refund in few days. I will like the consumer court to help me in sorting out the issue.
