Complaint Details
I ordered (Order ID-4317,dated 3/4/2014)Four Thali for Rs.400/- at KATNI railway station and made Credit card online payment.But during journet at Katni station while taking delivery of food vendor told that they have not received payment,So Rs.400/ cash was collect for the same order.
So, double payment was made for the order 4317 due to Mera Food Choice mistake because they did not conveyed the vendor that it was a prepaid Order.Now,even repeated request Mera Food Choice did not refund my Rs.400/-
