Complaint Details
I had ordered a printer from the website of shopclues.com and they have delivered the product but the same was damaged as body was cracked from one end. I have booked the complaint with them as per their procedure. But to of no avail. And after more than 20 days of getting reply from their customer center that my problem will be resolved within 24- 72 hrs there is only one reply from their end please wait for 24- 48 hrs more. My business is suffering because of this issue as the printer was purchased for an urgent business need. The only reply I am getting is please wait. This is not how customers are treated and their policy needs serious revision
