I bought the credit card 3 weeks back from now, but they entered the wrong details in the information. I'm always flowing up to change the details. it almost forth week, still they didn't change the contact details. I'm frustrated, I said want to cancel my card but they have replied you need to spend 2000 Rs or else you need to pay 500 Rs to cancel the card. I'm really wondering why I need to pay the money to them to cancel the card. They are not providing the good service to the customer, so I want to cancel the card service. Why I need to pay (500 rs) the penalty which they are not providing the service to customer? . I almost called them more than 60 times in four week’s still they are giving the proper response. I want to cancel and they need to pay the penalty. I'm very upset. Finally I decided to register a complaint against them.
