I submitted an online request for a fixed line and Amit from Airtel (his No: 99000 90121) called me and according to his instruction agent
Ragavendra (his no: 99160 25387) collected Rs.1200/- as activation fee in Airtel Kudlu office Bangalore on 15th April 2014. I also submitted
the application form and PAN Card copy.
Ragavendra did not give any receipt or application form no to me. He has been promising me that he will get me the connection on 17 Apr, 18
Apr, 19 Apr, 21 Apr and then finally today at 1030 AM. Now Im calling Amit and Ragavendra ten times every day, but no response. Pls get me the
connection or my money back immediately. I need to take a decision today as I need to get the connection immediately. Request your immediate action in this regard if possible today itself
