i hv booked flat on 16/4/2009 and registered it on 15/2/2010. as per agreement possession is supposed to get in the month of dec 2011 till date not received the work at site is stopped since may 2010. i hv visited site and discussed the matter with sales chief at site mr srinivasan he say work will start next month saying since last one year but it is of no use. they send me letter for payment of service tax rs 46248 on 7/8/2012 should i supposed to pay them. the cost of flat is rs 2763150. how much service tax should i pay to them they told me make the cheque in favour or HDIL.
