Sir,I am one of your intending customer.Taking in to account the multiple feachers and wide acceptability of your banks credit card I was willing obtain it.
During my visit to RelianceMart,Santacruz (w)MUmbai on 08/03/14,one of the Rep.of the agency appointed by SBI for sale of credit card  approached me and convinced that if I obtain this card I will get FREE GIFT VOUCHER of Rs.500/-,and asked for identity proof which I provided him my driving license,he told me that he will send a person to collect address proof I requested him to send a person on 10th march in the evening.But his man turn up early on 09/03/14 and  that time I was not at home my wife asked if her aadhar card copy will be sufficint he collected it.then some lady from call center called me and asked for my salary slips which are also collected with aadhar card xerox.
Same lady Official was in touch with me from phone no 49261400 she called me on 9th, 10th On 10th March when she called me she confirmed my all details and assured  me that she is sending my card for further processing but at the same time she insisted that my wife should also have one credit card, as her aadhar card copy is readily at her disposal, to which I denied and requested her to send delivery courier on Saturday or after 15.00 hrs.as both of we are working and door is closed during day time,to which she agreed.
From that last conversation till date I had not received delivery of card nor any body called me to inform whereabouts of the card.I am desperately trying to find the status of the card at your help line,which is unable to help me only offering toll free no of the Agency.I am unable to crack the telephone menu to reach any official on that help line.
On 30/03/14 when i again visited relianceMart  I informed same sales rep.named Vijay Wishwakarma who offered his cellphon no 08286554888 and assured me that he will give me updates in two days,but not bothered to call me again after two days when I called the same no there was no response, till date he has not called me.
Now I am fade up with these dubious people and agency appointed by your bank.
I am sending this mail to tell that the credibility of your bank is at stake.I feel there should be a strong bond of confidence between banker and its customer.Reps.of your agencies are attracting many people by giving them false promises to sell cards.not following procedures and behaving badly with your intending customers.Thy are damaging you banks image and goodwill.
 I also declare that am not responsible for any transactions/payments, if any credit card is prepared on my name and if it is delivered to wrong person.And please return my documents collected by your agency people.
