Respected Sir,

I am member of CHS in Mumbai & there is no dues pending on my name.
I have given letter to our Society on 25/03/2014 (they refused letter , so sent it by Registered AD) demanding below mentioned documents,

1) Lease Deed Of Society
2) Minutes of Committe Meeting held on 31/03/2014 (meeting regards to my documents)
3) NOC for Bank Loan

Secretary & Chairman verbally refused to provide me above documents & said that they will not reply any of my communication & will not give reason.

I had sent reminder letter to society on 16/04/2014 & complaint letter to Dy.Registrar in this regards on 17/04/2014.

I can send / attache copies of letter to you by post or scanned copy by email.

Sir, I'll be very much thankful to you if you can guide me to get the above mentioned documents.
