Myself Debashish dey from Raipur, CG had applied for Marksheet Loan as per advt published on newspaper “HARIBHOOMI”. I called them on number mentioned in advt and they asked me to send id proof, add proof, marksheet copy, ration card and photo to mail id saharafinance@live.com and I did so. Next day I received call from Mr. Vindo 08393006522 that my loan has been approved but I have to deposit some amount for file charge, documentation charge, insurance fee, stamp duty, legal charges, etc. and I have deposited in total 60250/- in the account of UTTAM SING A/c No-24980100010323, BO B, Uttarakhand Br. After that I have received call from mr.Vinod on 04th Mar that their legal team will reach Raipur on 05th Mar and gave me number of one of the team member i.e. 09568614470 and asked me to confirm the time and place from them. When I called, he told me that he will reach on 06/03/2014 directly to the bank and asked me to wait there between 1.30PM to 3.00PM and I waited there till 4.00 but he dosen’t came.When I called him he told me that he had gone to delhi for urgent work and will reach either on 12th or 13th march and will do the formalities. Again on 12th I received a call from legal team that I have to deposit 5000/- as travelling charge of legal team and I did so and then he assured me that he will come on 13/03 and asked me to wait at bank 11.30 to 12.00 but he doesn’t came. I kept calling him but he dosen’t took my call and from that evening, his mobile is switched off till date and mobile of Mr. Vinod is also swithcd off.
I have registered online complaint against sahara india finance in consumercomplaints.in on 21st Mar and after that I have received call from 7891285741 saying that he is calling frm consumercomplaints.in and given me id & password for their online website and asked me the details of transaction i had done to sahara india and i gave all details. Later he told me to deposit 1600/- as processing fee in A/c of Ram Kumar, SBI , A/c no-33630372138, Jodhpur Br. and i did so on 22/03/2014., then he told me that if account credit till 4pm ,I will get my half amount till tuesday 25Mar, but on 26Mar morning, he told me that amount will be transfered today online to my A/c but not transfered by them and i kept on confirming them through sms & online in website but not transfered. Again on 02Apr, i got message from them that amount will be transfered today or by tommorrow & they will call me & confirm the status. Then on 03Apr, i received a call from them and told me to deposit 1000/- in same A/c which is refundable (as per RBI guidelines) and i did so & when i again asked them about my money, they told me that it has been processed & amount transfered but will have to wait for 24hrs to credit in my A/c but till 05/04/2014 eveing not credited in my A/c. On 07/04/2014, i received a messgae in board that amount will be credited till 6pm but for that i have to deposit 500/- in A/c of Sanjeeth Da,s, A/c No-33639382922, SBI Bank, and i deposited that also but still no result. But again i got a call on 16/04/2014 from them and they told me to deposit 1150 (1000 refundable + 150 transfer charge) but i told them that i have only 500/- will it be ok, he told methat ok, deposit 500 outof which 350 will be refundable, i said ok and deposited the same. After depositing when i confirmed them, they told me that amount will be transfered today i.e. on 16/04/2014 and asked me to wait till 5pm but not transfered. Again next day morning, i got call from them and he told me that i have to pay full 1150 i.e. 650 remaining i have to pay then only amount will be deposited and i have deposited that also on 17/04/2014 hoping that now my amount will be transfered to my A/c but i was wrong. I received sms from them that they have received the balance amount and they are processing for online transfer and it will be credited by 5pm 18/04/2014 but till now it has not been credited to my A/c. They told me that total amount which will be credited is 60000+1000+850=61850/- but till date not credited to my A/c and now they are not replying to my sms and messages in online website. What should i do now to get my money back.. I am in debt in market.
Plz help me in getting my money back......
