Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the package we have purchase from “Great India Travels” for 7 nights & 8 days’worth of Rs. 6999/- payment id no. is 10571733.
During selling product to us over phone they have showing lots of good features and when we received the product after making full payment it is totally opposite from the commitment. Even from some of the terms conditions mentioned by seller are totally unfair and anyone can judge that this only for to cheat the customers: one of them is:
Customer has to choose two destinations 30days before for same date for booking of hotel which is practically not possible. Because two destinations means two different places and everyone is book travelling ticket for same date is for one place not for two different places.
Another one is booking voucher: as per them if booking voucher is damage or loss customer will not get another booking voucher for booking and not able to book hotel. Normally all forms only to get correct details in correct format from the client, here just for form entire eligibility can be cancelled!!!! Worth of Rs.6999/-
While selling they have committed that customer can split booking (Example out of 7 night and 8 days we can use 4 night at one place and three night at other place), cancel the booking and committed full flexible package. And after getting real voucher after making full payment we surprised by seeing terms and conditions were mentioned that voucher can be used for one time only and if we use three nights out of seven then balance four will lapse.
I have already made three times call to their customer call centre no. 0120-6722100 and register my complaint for the same, they have committed to resolve the issue in 24 hours but still after 60 hours we have not received any feedback or call from them.
My request you log my complaint against “Great India Travels”and help me to get my full amount refund with harassment cost.
