Dear Team,

I had purchased a Hyundai i 10 from Suhrit Hyundai, mayapuri, NEW DELHI with the below details

Registration no- DL3CBH0670 Dated 01/03/09
Chasis no- MALAM51BR8M197510*J
ENGINE NO- G4H68M616753
MODEL- i10 ERA (M)
COLOUR- D O BLUE

They delivered me the car without the insurance papers . i was following for the insurance papers but no action was taken from them and latter after 1-2 months, the showroom shut down.

I took this matter with Hyundai Motor India , they asked me they will refund me my insurance amount so they asked for the invoice papers, i submitted them all proofs , documents , but since 04 may 2009 they have been fooling me and are not answering any correspondences.

i mean while had spend extra money from my pocket to get my car insured for year 2009-2013.

i have all mail correspondences as proof and same is attached for your reference.

i request you to kindly take a strong action and close this issue with a faster resolution pls.
