Sir,
Aircel is a pathetic service provider and has caused a lot of harm to me both financially as well as mentally ans i am about to lodge a complaint regarding the same in consumer forum as well as with human rights. The person sitting at the customer care are very harsh and rude and are high degree illiterate. despite choosing the language option i am forced to talk to a person speaking in a very rude tone in some folk language which is not even hindi. They are least bother with consumer complaints and grievances and offer no solution.
The aircel has been pathetic in providing services specially in April 2014 and more specifically 24/04/2014.
