Dear Sir,
I, Aditya Thakur, a student of B.A-L.L.B 5 year course, currently in 10th Semester in Rayat & Bahra College of Law, Sahauran (Mohali. My College is affiliated to Punjabi University Patiala. My University Registration Number is RBL (K) 2009-02. I have passed all my examinations from 1st to 8th semester. But I have not yet received any of my original DMC and B.A degree from university. Two applications for issuance of my DMC’s have already been given from college. The first application was given in February 2013 since no action was taken on first application so i personally handed over the second application to the officials in university on 10th February 2014 with College Reference Number: RBCL/DIR 6948. More than two months have passed after the second application but i did not receive any satisfactory response from the university. I enquired about the status of second application in university on 20th April, 2014 but they told me to give a fresh application.
As I am in final semester now, so I am willing to take admission in L.L.M but without mark sheets and B.A degree I will not be able to take admission. This has exposed my future to risk. If I didn’t get these documents in time this will spoil my whole precious year.
Due to lack of communication between college and university I am forced to approach you and I am really hopeful and expecting that you will take necessary action in this regard.
