Respected sir,
It is to state that being nominee of the policy no. 0253901175 my mother has no more hope of claim money so far but still i am trying believing that this consumer court will meet the justice. Now its not only money matter for us but a justice matter, the rights which are not given to us and overall the harassing and their dictator behavior that what could you do.
Sir on 17th September 2013 we had submitted all the required documents as per their direction.After a long wait and careless response of sonipat branch I had started complaining on their toll free help lines and the chargeable contact numbers, what ever i got. soI have a list of such complain no.’s and phone no.’s with the name of the persons to whom I had explained the problems thousand times like parrot. In between on 03/09/2013 offered us a cheque of Rs. 13,000 showing that the policy is in lapsed condition. The company is doing a fraud with us as we had paid all the installments so we refused to accept the cheque. Many times during face to face and telephonic complain at their land line and private no.’s they doesn’t gave me any complain no., still I had a list of complain no.’s which shows no effect on the careless company: 1. 45244835 (9thoctober)

I know definitely we will got the claim as my father had paid whatever the company demanded for the life insurance and I have the proofs of payments, butwe will be satisfied only then when this company will be heavily finned. SO THAT THEY COULD NOT HARASS HIS THOSE CLIENTS WHO ARE NOT SO AWARE, EDUCATED, COULD NOT AFFORD THE COMPLEX SYSTEM AND ARE NEEDY TO HAVE THE MONEY AS PER THEIR RIGHTS.
I will be glad to have the justice on the matter so that we could keep the faith on the only hopeful pillar of Justice which seems now the only standing pillar out of the three pillars of the democracy of our nation.
